Webinar DxO

Today I share the webinar I did for our friends at DxO in December.
Now normally webinars are sharing a desktop and sharing some tips and tricks for lightroom and Photoshop, however in this webinar we decided to do things a bit differently and we used cameras in the studio to show what I’m doing during a live photoshoot, but you will also see the whole process of selecting, retouching etc.

I’m joined in this webinar by our good friend Hector from DxO who also shares some of his secrets.
So check it out

Video with Polaroid

Last week Sharon and I visited a good friend and fellow photographer Pim van der Maden in his studio, which actually is very close to our studio (walking distance). Pim and I talked a few months ago about a large format Polaroid he still owned but hardly used anymore, I immediately got the idea that it would be cool to show you guys a small video in which Pim would explain how he worked with this camera.

When we started working with the camera the talk however soon became much more than just about the Polaroid, we just kept the camera rolling and decided we would edit it into a small “podcast” “interview on location” “instructional” video. And today you can see the video here on the blog. I hope you enjoy it, and even if you’re not into Polaroids (who isn’t ?) I think there are some very interesting things there that you can use in your own photography.

Many thanks to Emma, Pim and Sharon.

Video Marie for Pocketwizard review

As you have probably read the last few days I’ve been testing the Pocketwizard system for radio E-TTL.
This video was shot during the session from which you have seen the images in yesterdays blog post.
I’ve added a voice over to make some things more clear, don’t see it as an instructional video but in combination with the review. If there are any questions feel free to ask. I will keep using the system and add sessions and small descriptions (and maybe some more videos if you guys like them) in the coming weeks.
