Secure payment

Secure Payment

When it comes to purchasing something, anything online, the security question towers above everything else. We do not take our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security lightly. We can assure you that all of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience, enhanced by all of the factors listed below.

 

SSL Certificate

If the website has an SLL certificate, this means that the owners care about your shopping experience being secure, safe and sound and want to make sure that all the data (including financial) that you enter on our website will be securely encrypted!

Multiple Gateways

When we were considering which payment gateways to use on our website, the choice narrowed down to a few most universal ones:

PayPal, Ideal (via Multisafepay) and via Bank transfer

Credit Card

To pay with your Credit Card, you can use PayPal as well. You’ll have to have a PayPal account though.

In the Netherlands we use iDeal as e-commerce payment, you don’t have to register again if you want to pay with iDeal. This service is provided by Mollie.

Please remember we can only ship as payment is received.

 

 

Downloads or presets:

Download or presets are not physical products. When your payment is successful you will get a link immediately. Please don’t forget to check your spam also. If you don’t receive a link, please log in again and check My orders => My downloadable products. You can always download your order there. Please be aware that downloads are limited to 3 downloads only, so always make a backup.

Unpacking zip files is preferred by the free 7Zip, try another program if this doesn’t work.

Presets are NOT complete programs! A preset can only installed if you have (bought) the software.

Buying as a business:
If you are a photography company and need larger number of the same cables, please contact us. Also if you have any requests or demands for your invoice let us know

Returns

Since 2014 we (in the Netherlands) are obliged by law (webshop only) to provide information about prices, product features of the product, methods of payment, and delivery details. You as a consumer (not a business) are entitled to a reflection period (approval, grace, or,  cancellation period) of 14 calendar days. This period starts at the moment that you receive your product.

What does this mean?
You can the product within 14 days without reason. You will be refunded for the purchase price including shipping. Return costs are for your own account.
Downloads and presets are excluded. Also the backdrops are excluded because those are printed on demand.

Shipping & Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY IN THE NETHERLANDS

We want to ensure you that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. The main part of our product range is in stock. So, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within a few days. Post & packaging costs to deliver anywhere in the Netherlands starts at €6,95 A download or preset is mailed to you as soon as we receive payment. If your order is not in stock, we will always let you know.

SHIPPING DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS

We do care for and embrace all our international customers. We want to ensure you that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible, however, we will always have to depend on the delivery time of our goods concerning postal services outside the Netherlands. Delivery abroad will take 2 to 14 business days depending on country codes and international shipping legislations. Whenever shipments may require a longer delivery time, we will send you an e-mail notice. Post & package delivery costs may vary internationally. By filling in your delivery address and billing address data in our webshop, the total amount of shipping costs for your order will be calculated.

VAT questions

Our downloads are electronic services, they cannot be played without an extra device, like a computer, smartphone or tablet. Therefore, we don’t calculate Dutch VAT (21%) but the usual VAT in your country. We pay that VAT to our TAX authorities. If you are a company with a VAT number, you don’t pay tax if you are located in Europe.

Status

Status of my order:

You will get notified when your products ship. Depending on your address it could take up to 2 weeks before your order arrives.

When your order and payment are received you always get confirmation, please check your spam and junk folder. For downloads, please log in to your account to retrieve your copy (my downloadable products) Downloads or presets are not physical products.

When your payment is successful you will get a link immediately. Please don’t forget to check your spam also. Please be aware that downloads are limited to 3 downloads only, so always make a backup.

If you have any questions or doubts about the right product for you. Please send us an email and we’ll try to answer as quickly as possible.

We are small 2-man company only. Please be patience when replies take longer, especially during weekends and holidays. We try to respond in 24 hours.
Never return an item without letting us know first, you will get a return form as soon as we receive your request.

 

Exchanges
If you ordered or received an incorrect item, please email or call our office. Ideally a new item will be ordered and sent to you. When we receive your returned item you will be issued a credit. If an item is sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days after receipt for the replacement to be processed.

WARRANTY

Warranty on fysical products. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty All warranty items may require a proof of purchase. If,  any defects are identified, products may be exchanged for the exact same new product, within the specified warranty period.

 

You cannot reclaim downloads or presets.

RETURNS

Please keep your original packaging till you’re certain you have the right item and it works. Shipping without the original box is harder for us to exchange/refund. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us first. If the packaging is ok and the product is not used, we can exchange or refund it. When you sent in a product without the original complete packaging we can only replace it. Return costs are on the account of the customer and cannot be reclaimed.
