Building a complete set with lensflares and flags.

I love building mood in a scene.
It can be done with color, a lens flare, styling etc. but for me there always has to be something “extra” in the shot.
In todays video I show you how we build a rather complex but awesome lighting setup during a workshop with our model Felisa. I think you’re gonna love this one.

Behind the scenes during the workshop “smoke” plus how I shoot tethered to the iPad pro

In today’s episode of behind the closed DOORs we talk about tethering to the iPad pro
And I take you BTS during the workshop smoke with our model Linda.

During the video you see all the results but in the blog post one of the sets 😉

Enjoy the video and dont forget to subscribe. We have a lot of different videos ranging from behind the scenes to reviews and tips and tricks. Plus of course our regular live streams in the digital classroom series

Behind the closed DOORs teaser episode 1

This is the first episode (or call it teaser) for “Behind the closed DOORs”

In this videoblog I will be filming the material you normally don’t see, the BTS BTS videos so to speak, how we arrange photoshoots, how I connect my gear, make backups and well what we normally do during a workday or during trips.

I film this all with my iPhone so no fancy audio, no fancy lighting, it’s just as it is and I think that is the main attraction for this videowebpodcast, due to the simple approach I can film stuff we normally don’t because I don’t have a proper camera with me or lighting.

Now if you want to make sure we can create more episodes of this videoblog and of course all our other material… head on over to www.patreon.com/frankdoorhof and support our work, you don’t only support this videoblog but you support all our work and you make sure we can continue giving you guys free stuff.
