Help Portrait is a world wide organisation that makes it possible for people that don’t have the means to have a professional photo taken to have a free portrait once a year.

I’m very proud to be the Dutch ambassador for Help portrait and for some years now we help out people that want to join other locations or do it on their own.

Photographs are unique frozen moments in time that never come back, and can literally be the most priceless gift we as photographers can give people.

Cut outs made easy with Freemask from Hensel

Always struggle with perfect cut outs?
Hate those hairs that take you a lot of time to make “semi” perfect.
Or just want to shoot during an event and don’t worry about the cut outs?

Well we have the solution for you.
In this video we take a look at the Hensel Freemask system, I give you some tips for the lighting and overall compositing rules, plus I take you through the automated software and how to do it in Photoshop.

Calumet house show Rotterdam BTCD Nov 23 2018

This is the last of 2 days I’ve demoed for Sony at the Calumet stores in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

You see me shooting with the Sony A7RIII, Phottix Mitros + and Frank Doorhof flashbenders.

And I show you a really cool new SSD from Lacie and we almost couldn’t leave because or car was stuck 🙂
