Wacom MobileStudio Pro review QF Ep 84
In this special review episode we take an indepth look at the Wacom Mobile studio pro 16.
I discuss the product itself but also the road a Mac user has to follow when switching to a Windows device in a Mac eco system.
This review touches many different aspects of the device, the reason Apple is losing it’s professional users, software to use for easier use, workflow, accessories and much much more.

PS: the speaker is the Philips portable speaker, model sbt30/00 WOOX
Thanks for giving us the professionals’ perspective. It’s exactly how I see it too. So naturally I came to the same decision, as a long time Mac user fanboy and I am now loving my Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16.
I was just wondering though, have you found the perfect travel charging/power bank solution yet?
Something that fits in a Pelican carry on case along with everything else!
Buddy I wish.
We have some high hopes for the omnicharger it should work but they don’t want to send me one for review or money back guarantee. And 299.00 is a bit steep to just order it for testing.
It can power 20v 100w on the ac output and the Wacom takes 20v 115w so my gut feeling tells me it should work.
Interesting. Thanks again. I will keep on checking in for further developments.
I am attentive to your YouTube updates now and highly appreciative for your saving me much headaches and frustration by sharing that recent fix for the glitch caused by windows ink settings conflicting with the Wacom drivers.
My own productivity is surging ahead now with this game changing product. I am building up a full micro studio that fits in the pelican carry on case, along with a Panasonic GH5, GX8 and various lenses etc.
So far I have found that the Oontz Angle 3 Bluetooth speaker also doubles as THE perfect stand for sketching and the Amazonbasics Adjustable Tablet Stand is an ideal stand for desktop style operation adjustable viewing angles, while strong enough to cope with hard screen taps. They both sit firmly atop the 17″ soft protective case that I also bought.
To good not to share!
(Also the uncanny exact fit of the Wacom Studio Pro 16 into the Pelican 1510 is sheer poetry in motion.)

On paper it should work (when its is available in february).
Since a lot of people are looking for a Powerbank on their Mobilestudio Pro, it would be an asset for them to have a positive review for there powerbank with the Wacom.
I actually already have one.that claims similar power to USB c. Doesn’t charge the mobile studio pro and hardly my xps15 via USBc but great via the ac. Somehow as soon as I connect the Wacom it’s empty in 20-30 minutes.
Don’t know whats going on inside but it’s very powerhungry.
Testing I’m always willing to do. I’m mostly using the ridge monkey by now. But that doesn’t power my laptop via USB c and i need an invertor for 220.
