One of the things I love to do during workshops is using blinds. It’s a great tool to explain the way shadows work in combination with the distance of the light. And you use it from different angles ofcourse. It’s a great story telling took.
Today some results from the workshop with our model Felisa
Using our #rogue black umbrella with sleeve on our model Claudia Background : Emerald punch from clickpropsbackdrops
During the workshops I always give a lot of attention to this super simple “move” that will give you so much more out of your shoots.
By walking around the model you can get totally different looks from your shoot. The umbrella is awesome for this because by slightly tilting it you can have total control over the amount of light hitting the backdrop.
So the next time you do a shoot don’t shoot from one location…but move around. Sometimes just a little bit can make a huge difference.
And one more thing 😉
Because of the coming black Friday we start early Order ANY #rogue product from www.frankdoorhof.com/shop and we will send you my brand new full length tutorial about speedlights for free.
