The Toulouse Mystery EP1

It started by getting an email if I was interested in some vintage cameras, seeing I love vintage photography I loved to give them a new home, but there was more.

I also got a huge box filled with glass negatives, not a few but a whole body of work. I started scanning a few and already got intriqued by a letter from 1902 about lawsuit… what’s going on…

I decided to dive in and try to find out who this photographer was, what he shot and what was going on with that lawsuit.

Of course this is just part of the adventure.
In this series we will talk about the glass negatives, the body of work, give you tips on how to handle this kind of materials, how to scan it, store it and much more…
