During the Ultimate weekend we try to discuss (and show) as many different scenarios as possible, and that also includes an outside shoot…. even if it’s cold…. (respect for Nadine).

One of the best tips I can always give people is to ALWAYS make sure you are ready to shoot, one of the best tips I got myself was also this one “because it’s so xxxxxx to take the shot when you don’t have a xxxxxx camera”… now guess who gave me that tip 😀

 

One of the moments I love to shoot is during transport, this can be on the plane/airport or while traveling with the train. During our recent trip to New York we had to commute a few times with the train and Metro, and here are some of the shots I took in and around the train system, as you can see there are MANY options ranging from people to repeating patterns, staircases etc. it’s an almost endless opportunity.

 

So next time you’re traveling, don’t close your eyes or focus on your iPhone/Smartphone but get your camera and focus on other things 😀
