Ingrid vs the Harley

During the workshops I always try to do something new….. sometimes this means lighting, sometimes sets, sometimes light shapers or even different light sources, in my opinion I always need to change and improve to make the workshops more and more interesting for people that visit regularly and of course I also love to challenge myself.

 

One of the students in the “year with Frank” program had his last workshop (in the program) during a recent glamour workshop with Ingrid, and I knew he loved bikes…. so I asked a good friend of us if it would be possible to borrow his Harely for a photoshoot, and believe it or not (:D) he said yes.

 

Today some of the images from that workshop.
And of course when we have a cool bike we also need some cool lighting and some smoke.
Now don’t underestimate lighting setups like this, remember it was a workshop setting, in the end we used several strobes to light the bike and some lights in the back with gels for the backlights, the smoke we used in different methods to create different looks. All in all a very interesting workshop with some cool results.
