Marie in B&W
Today some images from the workshop I did last week at the showroom from Fotoflits (the Dutch Elinchrom agent).
Model : Marie.
Now I have the weirdest thing with B&W, I LOVE B&W but somehow when I do the conversion I always think “Hummmm I like the color more” so I always end up with the color images, this time I forced myself to keep this series B&W and share them as a blog post online. I hope you like Marie in B&W 🙂
Hooooly cow! Love these Frank, really! Marie is fabulous in black and white and while I’m sure the colour shots rock, these are beyond great – love, love, love ’em!
Frank: Marie’s expression in the second photo might indicate she likes color over B&W….I don’t know. :–D
Thx for your choice Frank to show only the B&W photos. In this case I think (of course that is my opinion) it strengthens the expression of Marie and the story she is telling. I do not have any feeling of missing color in this serie!
Cheers Stefan
Haha… not sure what to say but I guess the last one says it all~! Amazingly good! 😀
Hmmm… I think she had enough of “one light” situation and screaming for more (lights that is)…
My fav is the second one definitely 🙂 very nice expression, she is natural 😉
Hi Frank. I saw other b&w and always like them more than the colour. Also these show that in b&w the expression is so great but to compare maybe you can show the colour ones also. Real great photos and a great model
Super, these are some awesome pictures, I like the expressions of the model and the light too, color would take away some of the model’s intensity I think.
I think so too
