I like the last image with focusing on the person with the camera. Is the display really that dark compared to the flash?
strobes are incredibly powerful and no competition for a display of course 😀
Just when you’ve got everything right in your view finder, composition, light, model pose/expression, exposure etc etc…………………someone wanders in front of your lens. And I thought it was just me!

Frank , did you take the first image with the beauty disk with grid ( it rocks ) or maxi spot with grid ? I am curious !
BD with grid from the top of my head, but could very well be the DO with grid.
Frank: the guy in the last photo needs to teach his chimp to use a light meter.
