Happy new year

Today, not a real blog post, just a short message from me to you guys/girls who have been reading my blog over the past years.

Over the last year the blog has grown very much and at the moment I try to update the blog every day with new images, some technique articles, new videos or just other stuff :-), except on Sunday when I take a day off. The nice thing over the last year is the many replies I’ve gotten in the mail and via the blog itself, this really motivates me to continue with the blog. I open the blog with the text that I’m not a blogger but somehow over the last year I think I’ve become a bit of a blogger, and I have to say it does take away a lot of time from the normal working day because I don’t want to repeat stuff or post one line with an image, everyday I set the level to reach something that is interesting to read or to share, and I think it does work most of the times. The amount of visitors is growing and that’s why I do it everyday of course.

For 2012 I have some new ideas and hope they will also be welcomed with the same enthusiastic responses I get now from the blog, but I think that will be ok.

For today no images, no technique, no……
Just that the family Doorhof we would like to wish you all a happy new year and all the best for 2012.
Let’s make it a slamming good year.

Best wishes to you and your family Frank!

Feel free to re-post items when time is short Frank. Your work is so great, seeing it a second time still helps the rest of us out immensely!

    Hi Frank,

I have been one of those “silent followers” of your blog. Please note that for any comment you receive there will be many more like me, watching all post and loving it!
Have a very happy and healthy 2012 and keep up the good work.

My new years resolution has “follow one of Frank’s workshop” in the top 5, so we WILL be meeting up this year!
